Students agree to follow all the rules set forth for the trip which include but are not limited to: not making bus departures late/nightly curfews/ training rules set forth for the day/respecting chaperones and coaches. Failure to do so may result in students being sent home early at their parents expense. *
I hereby acknowledge that I give permission for the EPHS Alpine and SLP Alpine Team/Coaches and Chaperones to take my student listed to Lutsen Mountains to partake in the activities put forth in the itinerary. I understand skiing/ski racing has inherent  risk and I agree to allow my student to participate without repercussion towards the EPHS and SLP Coaching Staff/Chaperones or Guest Coaches. *
