REFUND POLICY: BOLD Huntsville (Event Organizer) maintains a strict no-refund policy, except in cases of event cancellation by the venue. If the event is canceled by BOLD Huntsville, refunds will be issued.
CANCELLATION: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel this Contract without notice if the Vendor fails to make timely fee payments or comply with all terms. Failure to appear at the event does not release the Vendor from its financial obligations under this Contract. The Organizer also retains the right to cancel the expo up to 7 days before its scheduled start, without incurring any liability.
REQUIREMENTS: Only paid vendors are allowed to occupy Expo booths, and all information or materials distributed must pertain exclusively to the vendor's business (combining multiple business owners at one booth is not permitted). Vendors acknowledge receipt of the Facility's Rules and Regulations and agree to abide by them. This Contract represents the entire agreement between the parties. Staffing: Booths must be staffed at all times during the Expo's scheduled hours, with a maximum of 2 workers/staff per booth for the entire event. Vendors, on behalf of themselves and all their agents and volunteers, grant the Expo unrestricted permission to use any images captured during the event, including people, marks, and logos.
BREAKDOWNS: Early booth breakdowns will not be permitted. After the Expo concludes, vendors are responsible for dismantling their booths and removing all materials. Any items left behind will be considered abandoned and disposed of accordingly. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items or funds. Vendors must comply with a $50 early breakdown fee and/or a $50 unmanned booth fee.
