Please note that missed meetings due to class or lab, work or internships, and exams will always be excused. Missed meetings due to another org, studying/office hours, needing a break, or most other reasons as the discretion of the Judicial Board will only be excused ONCE the whole semester and counts as your "OTE" and DO NOT REQUIRE YOU TO FILL OUT THIS FORM. Any meetings missed after your OTE will continue to not count as a point and could possibly result in point penalties during your next active semester.
