WHAT TO EXPECT: 
The training seminar is derived from various courses presented by Family Foundations International and the Family Development Institute. 

Thursday and Friday evening sessions are video teachings by Craig Hill (FFI Founder) and Leon Hartwig (FFI Africa Director)
Saturday is packed with 4 intensive training sessions. Each session starts with a 30min video containing a deep revelation of a Biblical principle followed by a small group training time to facilitate restoration and empowerment in that principle. You will be challenged and coached in complete dependence on the Holy Spirit.

In the small groups, (Zoom Breakout Rooms)  trained FFI facilitators and coaches will provide guidance on facilitations and the application of ministry methods.

WHO SHOULD COME?

The Ministry method and content are aimed to enable and empower Councilors, Pastors, Teachers, Bible-study Small Group Leaders and Home Group Leaders to minister the healing process of Jesus, the Wonderful Councilors, to people in need.

Please take note that this is an interactive seminar, not just a presentation or webinar and therefore we have the following requirements:

1. You must be fluent in the English language.

2. You need a computer with a working webcam and microphone through which we can see and hear you that is connected to a power supply.

3. Make sure your computer has a proper working speaker that can play loud enough or use an external speaker.

4. We recommend uncapped and stable internet for the whole duration of the seminar.  Data usage is about 1 GB per hour.

5. Please download the Zoom video conference software onto your computer before the meeting and familiarize yourself with the following controls:
• Mute / Unmute
• Stop / Start video
• Various screen views
• Raise hand

6. Clear your schedule to be able to attend the entire event, as the small group dynamic we use requires that we be all together (visible and audible) for the process to work.

7. You must be able to sit comfortably in front of your computer for the entire event just the same as if you were in the room attending a live event. You will have the best results if you treat this experience exactly the same as you would attending a seminar at a venue.  (don't worry, there will be bathroom and snack breaks!)

8. Please keep your room free of distractions (children, dogs, external noise, cell phones, etc) and ambient noise while in the seminar and small groups.

9. Please make sure you have good lighting in the room you are sitting. Preferably no direct light behind you, as this prevents us from seeing you clearly.

10. Last but not least, just have an open heart and a desire to let God work in your life in whatever way He chooses! We expect miracles!
