Employee Referral Program Ticket
This ticket should be completed by any referring employee that would like to receive credit for a referral. 
This ticket must be submitted within 30 days of your referral's first day of work in order to receive credit.

Current Employee Referral Program Details:
  • This program is active as of November 1, 2023.
  • Employees who refer another individual to work within the network may be eligible for a $500.00 referral credit.
  • If you are referring an individual to work within the network, you must submit this ticket within 30 days following the referral's first day of work. Please do not submit this ticket until your referral has been cleared to start. 
  • Payments are issued in 2 installments of $250.00 each. The first installment is to be paid on your referral's first day of work. The second installment is to be paid once your referral has reached 90 days within the IMS network. Installments will be received in the employee's regularly scheduled paycheck.
  • You must be an active employee in order to receive the credit. If you resign or are terminated prior to the installment payout, you will not be eligible to receive it.
  • Only one person is eligible to receive credit for a referral. 
  • Central Office Executives, Directors of School Leadership, Department Heads are not eligible to participate. School principals are eligible to participate. 
  • Responses will be submitted to the Human Resources Department for processing.
