Food Vendor Application

APPLICATIONS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 6/1/2024 UNLESS ALL SPOTS ARE FILLED BEFORE. APPROVALS WILL BE SENT THROUGH EMAIL ON OR BEFORE 7/1/2024, DEPENDING ON WHEN WE RECEIVE APPLICATION.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

Event Date: 9/6/24 - 9/7/24

Event Location: Calkins Field Wayland, MI

Cost: $400 Payment information will be sent with approval email.

Vendors must provide their own equipment.  

No electricity or running water is available. The event is located on a grass airport. Generators are acceptable.

The festival will run from 4pm-9pm 9/6/24 and 11am to 10pm 9/7/24 

Set up Time: Vendors can begin setting up at 9:00 am on 9/6/24 and must be set up no later than 3pm.  

Break down is 10:00pm on 9/7 or vendors may choose to come back on 9/8 before 3pm.

Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it. 

We reserve the right to censor any booth.
