I agree to complete the self reflection and preparation for the coaching sessions.

I am available for the first coaching session in the last two weeks of March 2021.

Please give a description of your availability for the period from 15 March - 31 March, for example which days and evenings you are not available, or which days of the week and evenings you are regularly available.

Please give any further notes about your application and about working with you including any access requirements.

We would like to encourage the best use of the Bursary and time as possible and also capture this learning. We have therefor made the two ways to document the experiences. One is to make a visual report on our website (100-200 words and one or more images). The other is to give a short report on your experience, findings and situation, which we can use anonymously to report on the project overall and advocate better for ESW Members. Please tick here to confirm you have remembered about this element of the Bursary. We will be in touch about this once selected and can discuss how you would like to approach this. We realise that you might not know for sure what you can do until you have started the process.
