The Yanggeum World
Association organizes a congress every two years, each time in a different country,
the venue of which is decided by the members.
Our next congress will be held in
South Korea.
The primary goals of the Congress include facilitating a gathering of our members to deliberate on the operational aspects of the Association, providing a platform for delegations from various countries to showcase the cimbalom culture of their regions, and fostering an environment for the exchange and acquisition of knowledge and information. Additionally, we aim to promote the instrument on a global scale.
Throughout the congress, a variety of concerts, presentations, and vending exhibitions organized by our members will be accessible to the general public, further enriching the cultural tapestry of the event and promoting a deeper appreciation for the cimbalom.
