**This scholarship application is for Hagerstown and Washington County Area ONLY!! DO NOT apply here if you are looking for our other locations in Maryland (Central: Anne Arundel County, DC Metro: Montgomery County).

Please complete the form to apply for scholarship funds. DO NOT pay the Team and Club Fees until the scholarship has been agreed. You will be provide with a unique code to register and receive the scholarship.
