The first of nine tuition payments will be drafted on the 21st of every month beginning August 21st through April 21st.

MONTHLY TUITION PAYMENTS WILL BE DRAFTED VIA ACH TRANSFER ONLY.

An ACH transfer is an electronic, bank-to-bank money transfer processed through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network.

You will receive an ACH contract via email which must be returned and signed by the deadline. This should be provided by July 2024. Your student will not be able to attend classes at Utmost Academy until this contract is signed and returned.

If you choose not to participate our ACH payment program, payment must be received in full for the entire 2024-25 academic year. This payment is due by August 21, 2024. If you have further questions regarding the ACH process, please attend our Orientation Night at 7:00 PM on August 8, 2024. Please see the website for more details on Orientation Night.

Fees for Dropped Classes:

For any class(es) dropped from July 1st - July 31st, you will be notified that a $75 per class drop fee will be drafted from your account. After the drop fees are paid, your students will be removed from the class(es) and tuition will NOT be drafted from your account. AFTER JULY 31st, regular tuition payments will continue to be automatically drafted from your account (through April 21st) per your contract with Utmost Academy.
