Vintage Vendor Application: Downtown Camas Vintage & Art Street Faire 2024
Calling all quality Vintage Vendors for our 15th annual Downtown Camas Vintage and Art Faire on Saturday August 24th, 2024! This is a favorite event in our downtown and it's because of exceptional vendors that bring high quality items, unique design aesthetic, and a fun vibe to the faire! All items sold must be either vintage, antique, up-cycled, or handmade from vintage items. You may include no more than 10% new items in your space.

Returning Vendors still must be approved by the jury panel each year. Returning Vendors, if approved, must signup and pay no later then June 15th to guarantee their space from the previous year.  This is a juried event.  For new vendors, please send photos or a link of your booth/display/type of items for sale, or other events you have participated in to events@downtowncamas.com. Returning Vendors must signup and pay no later then June 15th in order to be placed in last year's spot.  If you did not participate last year, specific location requests will be considered on a first come first served basis so sign up ASAP.

Booth and Set-up Requirements *
Booth spaces are 10 x 10. WHITE CANOPIES ONLY FOR THIS EVENT! Tents/canopies are not required, but are highly recommended. You are responsible for your canopy and all poles need to be weighted in some way (it can get windy in Camas!), at least 25 lb per pole. This event will take place RAIN or SHINE.  Set up starts at 5:00am. No cars within closed street area after 8:00am (Drive in and drop off and then park car).  Take down needs to be finished by 5:00pm.  All booths are to be set up for the entire event.

Vendor Etiquette *
Vendors shall interact with the public and fellow Vendors in a courteous and appropriate manner. Hate language and/or symbols or insignia in verbal or written forms are not permitted. Open-Carry firearms are not permitted by Vintage & Art Faire Vendors, Volunteers, or Staff, anywhere within the private permitted area of the event.

Cancellation Policy *
Once vendors are approved, no refunds shall be made for any reason, including illness, or inclement weather. Vendors that are not approved by the Vintage & Art Faire jury panel will receive their payment back in the form received, minus a $20 application fee.

Hold Harmless Agreement *
By submitting this form you agree that the Downtown Camas Association (DCA), the City of Camas or event sponsors are in no way responsible or liable for amount of sales, personal property losses or damages, or injury resulting from involvement in this event. The DCA has the right to approve all products and displays at this event and ask for removal of any product/display that does not fit our guidelines or quality standard. Participation in this event constitutes acknowledgement and agreement to these terms.
