Hawaii Kendo Injury Survey
This is a survey to evaluate the frequency of Kendo injuries among Hawaii Kendo practitioners. Although there has been data collected many years ago regarding the frequency of Kendo injuries in Hawaii, there is no recent data regarding this and so we’d like to start the process of collecting it ourselves.

We’d like to have as many people complete this survey as possible regardless of age or even if you have any kendo injuries at all. This will provide us with the most complete set of data.

Completion of this survey is greatly appreciated to further Kendo in Hawaii, especially in regards to ensuring the safety of all of our members. As a form of our appreciation, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into our raffle contest. We will be selecting one person to receive a $100 gift certificate to Foodland or any other local business as a means of supporting our local community. Thank you!
