Kiez Burn 2021 Low Income Ticket
We would LOVE to see you at Kiez Burn but we understand that it can sometimes be challenging. The application process for subsidized Low Income Tickets is as follows:

1. Complete the form including how you plan to participate until 8pm CET on Wed 16th June
2. The low income ticketing panel will anonymously make a decision about your request
3. You will receive a decision regarding your request on Sun 4th July
4. Due to how late the pandemic postponed our planning, we cannot guarantee you attendance if you didn't get selected for a Low-Income ticket. Therefore only use this method of purchasing a ticket if you cannot attend the event without this support!
5. Kiez Burn will be trying to create opportunities for low-income ticket holders with further support with the necessary PCR test for attendance

To make this a fair process the ticketing panel will review all applications anonymously. Unfortunately we cannot offer this reduced ticket to all applicants but we are determined to make the process as unbiased and fair as possible.

We are currently assessing how to support the low income program, in case PCR tests are a requirement to come to the event. We will keep you posted.

Please note: The general ticket sale might sell out while the low income ticket program is running. Means, you might hear back from us that we cant accept your application for the low income program and will not be able to purchase a ticket through the normal sale.

To make it easier for us to assess your application please include A) an explanation of your current work/job situation and B) some details about your income / financial status. Everything will be treated with 100% confidentiality. The MORE DETAILS YOU ADD the easier it will be for us to understand your situation and consider your application!
Proof of circumstance *
Due to the nature of how we are running the Low-Income process this year and the extra-high volume, it may be necessary for us to request some form of proof for your low-income. This could be a proof of university attendance, or recent Jobcenter correspondence or something like this. Would you be willing to help us make the best decision we can by providing this information via E-mail towards the end of June?
What is your expected level of Vaccination by the Event (or build) start date?

Will you also be grateful to receive support with the necessary PCR test if you are not fully vaccinated by the event start date?
We're still figuring out how to fulfill this, so we can't make any promises yet. We are doing everything we can to get a PCR test voucher to all participants that need it!
