Non-Competition Agreement:

Participants agree that, upon completion of the yoga teacher training program, they will not establish or operate a yoga studio or similar facility within the state of Arizona without prior written permission and consent from Clarity of Heart Yoga.

This agreement is designed to protect the integrity of Clarity of Heart Yoga's business and ensure that participants do not directly compete with our studio's offerings. By enrolling in our program, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this restriction.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in upholding the principles of our yoga community and supporting the continued success of Clarity of Heart Yoga.

Training sessions are from 8 am to 5 pm daily for 10 days. Full participation is required, and sessions cannot be skipped or made up. Participants are expected to attend all sessions of the training and actively engage in all activities and discussions.

Pricing Terms:

$2200 for studio members and annual online members

$2600 for non members

This includes all training materials, instruction, and certificate of completion.

Payment Schedule:

Payment for the program must be made in full before May 28, 2024. Participants may choose to pay the full amount upfront or opt for a payment plan, subject to the following terms:

Option 1: Full Payment - Participants may choose to pay the full program cost upfront.

Option 2: Payment Plan - Participants may opt for a payment plan, with 2 or 3 equal installments. The first installment is due after completing this form.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo. Payments must be made in USD.

Full payment or initial deposit is required after submitting this form. We will contact you to collect your payment information.

Terms and Conditions: Therapeutic Yoga Method Teacher Training Intensive

By enrolling in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Program Eligibility:  Participants must agree to the terms and conditions outlined here and complete the enrollment process before before June 1, 2024. 

Payment and Refunds: Payment for the program must be made in full prior to the start date of the training. Participants on payment plans must be paid in full by May 28, 2024. There is a "No Refund Policy" for this teacher training program. Once payment has been made for the program, it is considered non-refundable under any circumstances.

Attendance and Participation: Participants are expected to attend all sessions of the training and actively engage in all activities and discussions. 

Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the training, including personal stories, experiences, and teachings.

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Discriminatory, harassing, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

Intellectual Property: All training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Clarity of Heart Yoga & Therapeutic Yoga Method and may not be shared, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

Certification Requirements: Participants must fulfill all requirements for certification, including attendance, participation, and completion of assignments and assessments, to receive their certification as a Therapeutic Yoga Method Teacher.

Teaching Restrictions: Participants agree that the Therapeutic Yoga Method taught during the training is exclusive to Clarity of Heart Yoga studio. Teaching the Therapeutic Yoga Method in other studios and facilities in Sedona is not permitted, except for participants residing outside of Arizona. This policy ensures consistency and alignment with our studio's unique offerings and philosophy. 

Liability Waiver: Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activity and release Clarity of Heart Yoga, its instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injury or damage incurred during the training.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Clarity of Heart Yoga reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email.

By enrolling in our Teacher Training Intensive, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
