We are seeking highly energetic, motivating and experienced pacers for the 2023 She Runs Grand Rapids Half Marathon on April 30, 2023!
PACER TEAMS:
Teams of pacers are needed for the following paces: 8:00 min, 8:30 min, 9:00 min, 9:30 min, 10:00 min, 10:30 min, 11:00 min, 11:30 min, 12:00 min, 12:30 min, 13:00 min, 13:30 min, 14:00 min & the popular Glitter Got Soul Crew
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have participated in at least TWO half marathons (or greater distances) in the past three years.
Must be willing to make at least 2 appearances on behalf of SHE RUNS Grand Rapids:
SHE RUNS Grand Rapids community running or fitness events
SHE RUNS Grand Rapids Meetups
Other opportunities made available throughout the 2022 - Race Day 2023
Be able to maintain a consistent pace throughout the entire event
Maintain a positive, encouraging presence on event day, on SHE RUNS Grand Rapids social media outlets, and all Ambassador Events (most communication with pacers will be through a private Facebook group page so having an active Facebook account is necessary

APPLICATION DEADLINE: October 14th. Applications may be turned in after due date, but priority will be given to those that meet the deadline AND meet the needs of a vacant pacing spot.
