David Grupa Sports is currently accepting applications for contract photo day staff positions.
David Grupa Sports specializes in volume photography for sports leagues and schools located in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul as well as greater Minnesota.
We are searching for energetic, detail oriented individuals who will be support staff on photo days. Photo days consist of youth sports teams having individual players photographed and full team images taken. Staff members can serve in a number of roles with the most common being at the check in table.
Our photo day team members need to be friendly and have a positive attitude. Staff members will greet parents, coaches and players when they arrive at their specified time. They will answer simple questions about the photo day process and questions about ordering photos. Staff members will assist in setting up and tearing down tents, tables, flag lines, and help with hauling equipment as needed.
Skills you Bring:
- Enjoy a fast paced work environment where you interact with kids and coaches
- Detail oriented and efficient
- Basic customer service skills required
- Ability to lift camera equipment - up to 40 lbs.

Access to reliable transportation. Travel to various local job sites is required.
- Willingness to work a varied seasonal schedule (mostly after 3:00pm weekdays and some weekend days)
Competitive pay.
A lot of our photo days are in the East/North-East Twin Cities and the metro area. Generally a work shift would average about 4 hrs. Photos can take place indoors or outdoors depending on the sport and time of year.
