Following the national lockdown from tomorrow (Tuesday 5th January 2021), we are once again asking you to inform us if you are ‘critical workers’.  

To aid our planning, please can you complete the form below informing us if the main carers of your child/ren are within the list of ‘critical workers’ below.  If you are able to work from home or have a support bubble available then you should make this your preferred arrangement, thus keeping the numbers on the school site to a minimum.

We would appreciate you completing the form ASAP, even if you are not critical workers or do not intend to send your child/ren to school during the national lockdown.
