Monroe Ave Festival Vendor Application
Vendors will be assigned spaces for the 2019 Monroe Avenue Festival (MAF) on a first-paid, first-served basis. Vendors are required to submit a non-refundable payment of $200 (cash or check) to Bardog Tavern by Monday, Aug. 12.

Vendor Space Details:
- 10'x10' space (unless otherwise noted by the 2019 MAF)
- Vendor is responsible for providing tent/setup
