Eligibility for request fulfillment/awards is limited to children and youth (under the age of 18) who are currently in the custody of the State of New Mexico or a Tribe or Pueblo within New Mexico.
Children/youth in foster care may be awarded one Expanding Horizons request each calendar year. The request must be approved prior to any expenditure of funds. Awards will be made up to $500.
