TCP Positive Media Center Membership
Thank you for your interest in joining the Positive Media /WTCP Radio. WTCP Radio is the only African American owned and operated news & entertainment talk radio station in Central Pennsylvania. TCP Media Group the parent company of WTCP Radio, and Positive Media Academy which has evolved into a multi-media, multi-platform communications company that reaches deeply into disenfranchised populations through radio, events, digital, and social media.
Applications for Positive Media allow for members to utilize the WTCP facilities to record there own shows as well as providing space for editing, photography and videography. Prior to using all facilities within Positive Media / WTCP all members are required to be trained by in-house trainers. All members must pass an interactive test prior to using any and all Positive Media and WTCP equipment.
