I understand that the Humane Society of Missouri reserves the right to reject any application, relocate any booth or reject any organization due to size limitations or other factors that prove detrimental to the event. All parties selling merchandise must be listed on the application and are responsible for filing and paying all of their own applicable sales taxes. No weapons of any kind will be permitted at Bark in the Park. Vendors who are found to be in possession of or selling weapons will have their booths shut down and be escorted off the site by security personnel. Furthermore, I agree to the above provisions and look forward to participating in Bark in the Park. Vendors will receive an approval notice and vendor fee payment link within two weeks of submitting this application.
