Miyawaki Forest Volunteer Interest
The Miyawaki Forest is a dense, biodiverse native forest that helps improve an area's ecological resilience. These are community projects that thrive with your support. Biodiversity for a Livable Climate works with municipalities and community groups to steward Miyawaki Forests at Danehy Park and Greene-Rose Heritage Park in Cambridge, MA, Natick High School in Natick, MA, and Somerville High School in Somerville, MA.

If you are interested in helping care for the forests through weed removal, mulch application, or monitoring, please share your information below to be added to the volunteer list, along with any questions you have. Once you're added, we will reach out when organizing volunteer events.

We are also looking for volunteers for upcoming plantings in Worcester, MA. Find out more info and sign up to join in here: Worcester Miyawaki Forests
