2023 SoberFest Vendor Application

The Pink Cloud Connect is hosting their 2nd Annual SoberFest on September 16, 2023 on Chelmsford Center Town Common from 1:00-6:00pm followed by the Chelmsford Health Department's Annual Substance Use Prevention Candlelight Vigil at dusk.

Vendors are kindly asked to stick around for the full event time (1pm-6pm)

All vendors are welcome to stay until the Candlelight Vigil is over (around 9pm).

Vendor Fees

electric outlets are on site and plentiful 
PCC does not rent out event equipment (tables, chairs, tents, etc.)
Fees collected will fund PCC's programs to aid in relapse prevention.

Once you submit this application, the Pink Cloud Connect will review your submission. If you are accepted as a vendor, we will notify you and also let you know if you need to obtain any other permits for the event. *
