iPUSH Foodie & Music Festival 2021

1. Vendor registration must be fully completed by deadline along with vendor fee
2. No vendors will be accepted without registering
3. Please read the entire Vendor FYI sheet ( It will be emailed to you after registration )
4. Once you complete the registration you will receive an invoice.
5. Vendor fee is due 24hrs of receiving your invoice.
6. Please do not register until you are ready to pay your vendor fee.
7. Vendor spots are first come first serve and will sell out.
 8. Ticket money is due August 30th.
9. Your registration will not be valid unless you pay your $75 or $100 vendor fee within the 24hrs of receiving your invoice.
10. The iPUSH Foodie & Music Fest is not responsible for vendors having the proper business license, event license etc.
 11. Vendors do not have access to indoor VIP Buildings
12. First Come First Serve ( All Vendors and Food Trucks that fill out this form will not be accepted )
13 All vendors must complete city sell tax form before leaving the event
