You have been identified as a registered participant for the SCI Annual Education Day 2023 or an attendee and hence invited to participate in this survey.

This survey is primarily intended for evaluating the event to know what worked, what can be improved and recommendations for future Education Day events.  

The survey closes on the 1st of June 2023 and will take about 5 minutes to complete.  Your participation in the survey is completely voluntary and anonymous.  Responses will be summarized for reporting purposes.
