Application Form for the Coton Green FC Tournament 2023 - Entry is not guaranteed until entry fee has been paid

The tournament will take place at the following address:

There are 8 places available for each age group, and each team entered is guaranteed a minimum of 4 games across the session. Entrants will play in a round robin format before progressing to either the 'A' or 'B' finals. The top 2 teams from each group will progress to the 'A' finals with 3rd & 4th place progressing to the 'B' finals. There are no maximum squad limits for any age group. Winners of the ‘A’ final will be awarded a trophy and medals, with Runners Up also receiving medals.

There will be hot and cold food and drink available throughout the day in our clubhouse, and a selection of other games and competitions that you will be able to partake in to keep all of your group entertained.
