Student Missed Private Lessons/Cancellations: Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons per each fall and spring semester. Tuition and enrollment fees are non-refundable and makeup lessons may not be scheduled if time doesn't allow. Please plan lesson times and social engagements accordingly. In person lessons may be changed to an online lesson, however only at your regularly scheduled lesson time. The teacher does not guarantee makeup lessons for missed lessons.
Teacher Missed Lessons ~ When the teacher becomes ill or needs to change the lesson, they will let the parent know and try to reschedule the lesson. In cases of more than one missed lesson by the teacher, payment will be credited the following month.
Monthly Lessons from September - May ~During the school year, monthly payments are subscriptions, not for individual lessons. Your subscription includes one-on-one instruction, group lessons, video tutorials, recitals and an online slideshow (one per year) if you would like to do that project .
