The 3i Initiative is interested in expanding of the current UUH core system to incorporate trained microbiologists and immunologists who can offer a common understanding of an investigator’s research and apply bioinformatic understanding to the data and experimental design. The key services offered by these scientists will be in experimental design and data analysis of microbial genomics, metagenomics, transcriptomics, and immunomics.
