I need the $25 fee added to my child's Destiny account due to current COVID-19 financial constraints. I will pay $5 per month starting now.
I need to request a waiver for my child's technology fees dues for this school year. I understand that I need to provide some form of evidence of the need for this waiver. I will send that into my child's school's media coordinator the week of August 17th. I also understand that my request will be reviewed by a committee to determine approval. I understand that I will be notified of the outcome after the committee meets.
