I realize that my child will be taking an AP exam. Morning exam students are expected to report to the assigned location by 7:30am. Afternoon exam students should report to the assigned location by 11:30am. Students who miss their exam must pay $45 to make up their exam. College Board dictates makeup times.Students who are taking two tests in one day should bring a lunch. Attendance during a regularly scheduled class will be marked TESTING (excused) during the student's AP exam(s). Students are expected to attend their other regularly scheduled classes when not taking an AP exam. To have an absence excused for a class before or after an AP exam, you must provide permission. Otherwise, the student is expected to attend his/her regularly scheduled classes when not in AP testing. Without your signature, students will be marked UNEXCUSED for any absence that occurs outside of an AP block. The undersigned and his/her respective heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, agree(s) not to institute any action or suit at law or in equity against Spring Hill High School/District 5 and/or any of their agents, employees nor institute, prosecute or in any way aid in the institution of prosecution of any claim, demand, action, cause of action for damage, loss or injury arising out of the participation of the above named student's participation in the late arrival/early dismissal program while the student is off property. The undersigned further expressly stipulates and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Spring Hill High School/District 5 and/or any of their agents or employees, against liability or loss from any claim, demand or action that may be brought by any person, including the above named student if a loss or injury resulting from the above named student's participation in the late arrival/early dismissal program during AP Exams while the students is off school property. *
