This form is meant to help the studio team familiarize themselves with your intended project and begin the scheduling process. Ideally for all Research/Education related videos we require an initial 30 minute consultation (in person or on zoom) at least 48 hours before you hope to be in the studio and then a 2 hour session in the studio. Please fill out as much of this form as possible to get started and after you submit we will follow up to schedule your consultation session.
