In accordance with the Exhibition Regulations governing rental of exhibit space, the undersigned herby applies for exhibit space at the SAA's 90th Annual Meeting in Denver, CO, April 23-27, 2025. I have read and, by signature below, agree to the Exhibition Regulations. I understand that these regulations are incorporated into the contract by reference and that this application becomes a contract when accepted and confirmed by the SAA.

Exhibitors who reserve by January 24, 2025, will be included in the Final Program.

Booth Description:
Include a 50-word description of the products and/or services that your organization will have on display. This will be used to market your booth in the Online Exhibitor Directory, Final Program, and any other materials where we list your booth. 
All applications must be signed (by typing your name). My signature below also constitutes my express consent for the SAA to use my personal data to provide its programs and services. For example, the SAA will use meeting registration data to print badges and the program. I understand that I may contact the SAA at any time at membership@saa.org to have my personal data removed from its database or to ask how the SAA will use my data. I understand a request to erase data will terminate a membership because the SAA will not be able to mail any print publications or provide online benefits.
