Media Help Request
Any McMaster students, staff and faculty may request a media consultation with a media specialist by completing this form. Please be sure to ask for assistance from a staff member at the Lyons Help Desk prior to making your request.

A media consultation is a teaching moment, wherein a media consultant will teach you how to use a piece of media software or hardware, or help you learn how to do specific tasks to make multimedia projects. We do not help you plan your project; you should come to a media consultation with a plan in mind. Make sure to read the information on the Media Consultation Services page to ensure a media consultation is what you need.
