Post - Retail Partner (RP) and Insurance Consultant (IC)

Eligibility – UG/PG (Any stream,2024 or before)

Location – Jharkhand & Pan India

Remuneration – 19,000/monthly (7000 Basic + 12000 Allowance). * Based on Monthly goal sheet. Candidate can join as WORK FROM OFFICE & WORK FORM HOME also. 

IC profile: Fresher with graduation degree preferred. Job Experience: 0-1 years preferred.

The Job Description for IC:

1) Newly Recruited IC's undergo a 6 days of IRDAI training as they need an IRDAI license for their employment. IRDAI exam fees must be paid by them, .i.e. 585/- non-refundable.

2) IC's are taught about insurance sector and Bajaj Allianz life Insurance products. At the end of six days of training, IC's need to pass their IRDAI exam with minimum 18 marks out of 50.

3) They get their appointment letter & IRDAI License as soon as they pass their exam.

4) They undergo a business training, where they learn more about Bajaj life insurance product and they need to complete a business of 3 lakhs/ 6 NOP, out of where they get a stipend of 1.05lakhs.(** SUBJECT OF INCENTIVE DEPENTS ON PT/PPT **)

5) They learn about Recruitment training from their team leaders and recruit 4 new IC's under them.

6) When , business and recuitment parameters are completed they get promoted to an IRP(Internal Retail Partner).

The Job Description for RP:

1) They need to recruit IC's under them and manage their team of newly joined IC's.

2) Generate a month-on-month business of 1.5 lakhs from their team of IC's.
