Informed Consent

I understand that Roots&Branches Enneagram consultants give their time, compassion and knowledge solely as caring lay people. As non-licensed persons, we offer no counseling or professional psychological expertise.The ministry of Roots&Branches does not offer professional, medical, or psychological care. We never advise anyone to stop taking medication. It is the responsibility of the client to inform their practitioner of their participation in Roots&Branches Enneagram Consulting. It is also the responsibility of the client to adhere to the recommendations of their professional caregivers. The content of all sessions is strictly confidential and will not be discussed outside ministry leadership. Exceptions to this would be if your consultants have reason to believe that you are at risk of hurting yourself or another, or if there is a reason to suspect child or elder abuse/neglect. In these instances, the necessary authorities or persons must be notified by law. If I have any questions concerning my consultant's training, experience or qualifications, I have the right to consult with the Roots&Branches staff. As with any other volunteer organization, it is my choice to take any suggestions, teaching, or prayer of the ministry under consideration and apply it appropriately. If at any time I feel offended by anything my consultant asks, says, or does, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to report it immediately to Roots&Branches staff. Paying for your session

Roots&Branches asks a fee of $60 for Enneagram consulting, due in advance of your session. This fee confirms your session and can be paid online here: https://www.rootsandbranchesnetwork.com/store.

An additional fee of $10 is required to access the WEPSS enneagram test, due upon receipt of your test code

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment so we can alert staff. Fees paid in advance of appointments are refundable with 24 hour notice of cancellation.
