You are invited to attend this training programme to become an ECL Practitioner and learn the method developed by Judith Hemming and other world leading Constellation facilitators and educators for the ECL Foundation (Enhancing Children’s Lives).
The programme is suitable for those who wish to explore new areas of working and applying the Systemic approach to education / parenting. Those already trained in Systemic and Family Constellations as well as those who are keen to learn new ways to educate and teach supported by the robust body of work which forms The ecl Method for Systemic Education.
The ecl Method supports the resolution of parenting and children’s learning & behavioural challenges. It is also used in service of a wide range of areas; social work, community work, youth, adolescents, young adults.

• Train to become an ecl Practitioner, this qualification will enable a new area of professional development.
• Develop Systemic Constellation skills and learn unique tools for supporting a population much in need of resources during these extraordinary times.
• Learn ways to support schools, communities and individuals and help their young people, parents or teaching staff to effectively engage with a more creative teaching/learning.
• Receive on-going supervision and support for the new professional journey from some of the world's leading Systemic Education experts.
• Join and engage with members of the international ecl community of Practitioners and Catalysts that are already making a difference in the world.
ecl was born in 2006 in the UK to support those working in schools and communities to learn and develop a systemic approach to help young lives and parents to overcome behaviour and learning difficulties.
ecl has extended its activities beyond UK and now has practitioners working and enhancing the lives of young people in the USA, South Africa, Holland, Korea, Israel, Germany and more.
Facilitators:
The training is facilitated by Jane James & Illi Adato who are both leading ecl training and setting up hubs around the world. Guest tutors are invited to share their high-value experience and knowledge with the students.
Jane has taught in early years, secondary and teacher training settings and is a systemic practitioner and a a coach and was part of the ecl founders team. Illi Adato is the founder and MD of the London School of Systemic & Family Constellations, an experienced and innovative practitioner and teacher of systemic & family Constellations working in the UK and worldwide.
