In this 3 hour immersion I will be taking you through an experiential journey with cacao + blue lotus, guided visualisation and meditation, powerful chanting methods and self-healing practices to access and shift your subconscious mind. This will be an experience based workshop where you will feel tangibly restored, uplifted and empowered about your life. Your consciousness is the root of every single life experience; your health, relationships and what you want to manifest. The combination of spiritual healing plants and ancient systems (including Vedic knowledge systems) brings about profound shifts - combined with the full moon energy, is a powerful time to do this!
What is cacao?
Cacao is the ingredient in chocolate, but the raw cacao plant has been worshipped for thousands of years by ancient civilisations including the Mayan and Aztec civilisations. Cacao is a powerful heart opener and helps with healing your emotional body, catalyses manifestation and combines very well with blue lotus and other sacred plant medicines. Cacao ceremonies allow us to deeply connect to our heart and inner joy. The spirit of the Cacao helps us access our pure heart energy to facilitate healing and self-love.
What is blue lotus?
Blue lotus is a sacred flower (also known as Neelkamal, often pictured with Maa Tara) revered by the ancient Egyptians and also in the Vedic civilisation. The lotus is a symbol of complete enlightenment, the blue lotus flower connects to the third eye and can deeply enhance meditative states of consciousness. This flower has a cosmic intelligence which can help with healing the deep levels of your being. It provides clarity of mind, connects you to your intuition and greatly supports visualisation.
