Please follow the link to view the photographs of gym clothes/lost & found items.  Many of the same type of items are grouped together, but more were added at the end.  You can click on the first image file and then advance through each photograph to the end.  Note the item and number as you scroll through the photographs.  You will then indicate your choices in the form below using the checkboxes in each category.  Categories are: shorts, pants, t-shirts, sweatshirts, coats, shoes, lunch bags/water bottles, cinch bags, misc. shoes, miscellaneous.

You can check more than one checkbox in each category.

We will add claimed items to student material bags for pick-up on June 3rd and 4th.  Unclaimed items will be donated the week of June 15th.
