**For an address change, please include the new address in the last question on the form. This will help us make the update quickly for you. We need at least a 36 hour lead time to change an address. If it is due to ship sooner than that, we will do our best. You may need to work with USPS/UPS directly to update your address.
**If you have items missing from your order, please do the following:
1. Pull up your order email and confirm the quantities that you ordered against what arrived in your package.
2. Look through all of the packagings that came in your box. We don't like to waste anything and will often wrap fragile pieces in bubble wrap, etc.
After going through both of these steps, if your order is missing pieces, fill out the form below. We will look up your order and verify your package using our accountability measures, including video to see if we can locate your missing items.
**If any of your items arrived damaged:
Please take a photo of the shipping box and the item and send it to
support@mbmcollectionz.com. Pictures are required for damaged items so we can use them to help improve our packaging, as well as file insurance cases with our carrier. YOU MUST FILL OUT A ISSUE FORM TO GET A RESPONSE. Please do not just send an email.
**If your package has shipped but tracking shows that it is stuck, sign up for text notification through the carrier. Often this helps to move a package along.
** If your package shows delivered but you are not able to find it, contact UPS or USPS (whichever carrier delivered it) and get a GPS print out. Often, reaching out to the carrier will help you find the package. If it does not show delivered, we need the GPS print out to work with the carrier on our end so we can file a claim and work with you to get your order.
