Now more than ever, we must connect deeply and consistently with our community. We will survive this historical moment by breathing new life into our communities and reaching out in new and powerful ways.

In order to build a network of deep connection, it is vitally important that UUCA has the information we need to stay in virtual contact with each individual in our community.

We ask that every adult and youth (14 and older) in each of our households fill out a separate survey, as we value the agency of individuals within their relationships.

This form has two main purposes:

1) To make sure that we have the most accurate information for each individual and household in our community.  The more accurate our information is, the deeper our connection can be!

2) To invite our community into a new and powerful way of connecting via our new program, Neighborhood Circles!
