Tervetuloa Tour4Youthin matkaan!
Oletko 15-24-vuotias? Matkailu-, majoitus- ja ravintola-alan opiskelija tai työtön työnhakija? Haluatko parantaa uraosaamisen taitojasi? Etsitkö henkilökohtaista kasvua? Haluatko löytää harjoittelu- tai työpaikan? Haluatko mahdollisuuden kansainvälisiin kokemuksiin? Kehitä oman urasi johtamista ja työnhakutaitojasi ilmaisessa ohjelmassa!Voit liittyä joukkoon täyttämällä huolellisesti alla olevan lomakkeen - täyttäminen vie noin 15 minuuttia. Lomakkeessa antamiasi vastauksia hyödynnetään sopivien työ- ja harjoittelupaikkojen löytämiseksi. Kun sopiva pari hakijan ja organisaation välille löytyy, hakija kutsutaan jatkokeskusteluihin organisaation kanssa. Voit myös itse etsiä alan työ- tai harjoittelupaikan, ja olla yhteydessä siitä projektipäällikköön (tiedot alla).
Projekti tukee töitä ja harjoitteluita eri tavoin. Organisaatio voi olla pieni, keskisuuri tai suuri yritys, julkinen organisaatio tai yhdistys.
Vastauksiasi käytetään sopivien työ- ja harjoittelupaikkojen
löytämiseksi matkailu-, majoitus- ja ravintola-alalla. Vastaathan huolellisesti.
Huomioithan, että Interreg Central Baltic Tour4Youth -hanke
tarjoaa apua työ- ja harjoittelupaikkojen löytämisessä hankkeen tavoitteiden kautta. Pääkriteerejä
ovat, että olet 15-24-vuotias ja asut pääkaupungin ulkopuolella. Tour4Youth-
ohjelma ei takaa harjoittelupaikkaa, ja viime kädessä harjoittelupaikan
löytyminen harjoittelupaikan löytäminen on hakijan vastuulla.

Are you 15-24 years old? Are you a student or unemployed jobseeker in the tourism, hospitality and restaurant sector? Want to improve your career skills? Looking for personal growth? Want to find traineeship or a job? Do you want the opportunity to gain international experience? Develop your career management and job searching skills in a free program!
You can join us by carefully filling in the form below - it takes about 15 minutes to complete. Your answers will be used to find suitable jobs and internships. Once a suitable match between the applicant and the organisation is found, the applicant will be invited for further interviews with the organisation. You can also search for a job or traineeship in the field, and when successful, contact the project manager (details below) for support.
The project supports jobs and traineeships in various ways. The organisation can be a small, medium or large company, a public organisation or an association.
Your answers will be used to find suitable jobs and traineeships in the tourism, hospitality and catering sector. Please answer carefully.
Please note that the Interreg Central Baltic Tour4Youth project provides assistance in finding work and training placements through the project objectives. The main criteria are that you are aged 15-24 and live outside the capital. The Tour4Youth programme does not guarantee a placement and ultimately it is the responsibility of the applicant to find a placement.
