DESCRIPTION: The purpose of the EOD System is to ensure accountability and effectiveness for staff members and to help with proper prioritization of time and tasks. The system allows the employee some autonomy without the need to be micromanaged. This system must be executed every single day of work.

There is never a reason NOT to send an EOD Report. If you find that you’re not experiencing any challenges/problems, please speak with your manager for additional tasks.

Failure to complete and submit an EOD Report for more than 2 consecutive days may result in termination.
