Policies and Fees

  1. Deposit: A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to book your wedding date and secure hair and/or makeup services for you and your bridesmaids. This deposit will be applied towards the bride's wedding day services.
  2. Additional Artist Fee: Adding an additional artist incurs a charge of $250. Example: If you have 1 bride and 6 Bridesmaids we will book two artists to get everyone ready in 5 hours. If you would like to cut that time down we would need to charge for another artist.
  3. Assistant Fee: Adding an assistant for hair prep, curl setting, and cleanup assistance incurs a charge of $150.
  4. Travel Fee: A $75-150 travel fee per artist is applied for the day of services based on service location.
  5. Cancellation of Services: If any party member cancels a prearranged service on the date of the service, the full charge will still apply.
  6. Early Start Fee: Services starting before 8 am incur an additional fee of $50 per hour, per person.
  7. Late Start Fee: A late fee of $25 per half hour is applied for starting after the contracted start time.
  8. Payment Deadline: The total amount due for the entire party must be paid 2 weeks in advance of the wedding date. Payment can be made via credit card but a service fee of 4% will be charged
  9. Changes to Services: Any changes or additions to services must be emailed by the bride or the individual who signed the contract, up to 14 days prior to the service date. No changes will be accepted over the phone.
  10. Trials: If you decide to do a trial this must be paid for at the time of the trial or when you book your trial.  The deposit of $150 does not go towards your trial.
Cancellations
  1. Advance Notice Requirement: A 3-week (21 days) advance notice of cancellation is required; your deposit will not be returned.
  2. Cancellation Charges:
    • If an appointment is canceled less than three weeks (21 days) before your appointment, your credit card will be charged for 50% of the cost of services.
    • If a cancellation is made within 2 weeks (14 days) or less, your credit card will be charged for 100% of the cost of services.
