SURVEY for FREE July Meal Pick Ups*
*USDA has announced the extension of the Free Meal Pick Up through August, 03, 2022, ONLY
 
**PLEASE NOTE** MCSD Food & Nutrition team is able to bring back the weekly meal pick-up program which contains 7 days of breakfast and 7 days of lunches. This program will start on Wednesday, July 20th, and will run through Wednesday, August 3rd. Families that have participated in June do NOT need to complete a new survey.

For those wanting to take part, you will need to complete one survey for EACH child in your household. Those who complete the survey will then pick up the weekly meals at Muscatine High School between 11 am and 1 pm on Wednesday, July 20, Wednesday, July 27, and the last day offered being Wednesday, August 3rd. Please note; that some families that completed surveys who did not show up twice for the weekly meal pickup in June were removed from the list. A new survey(s) must be completed to take part in the meal pickups as listed above (dates offered; 07/20, 07/27, & 08/03).

The JULY Weekly Meal Pick Up will be Muscatine High School on Wednesdays. Parents, guardians or designee (such as an older sibling) that would like to pick up breakfast & lunch for 7 days a week for kids ages 18 and under can do so at MHS 2705 Cedar Street in Muscatine. The first day for the JULY Weekly Meal Pick Up Program is Wednesday, July, 20 2022. Look for signs!
