To maintain records in support of teacher-driven PD, the SSTA PD Committee gathers info about teacher learning on the PD Days and we ask ALL teachers to complete this questionnaire. For those doing a Collaborative Learning/Self-Directed Activity, the form is integrated and no further paperwork is required.
