Agreement for Coach Mentoring Services
AGREEMENT for Coach Mentoring services, made between Jane Rahenkamp, PCC & Rob Michelucci, MCC ("Mentor Coaches"), and mentee Coach submitting this Google Form ("Mentee Coach").
Services: Coaches agree to provide Mentor Coaching services to
Mentee Coach. According to the International Coaching Federation ("ICF"), "mentoring provides professional
assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and
capability demanded by the desired credential level." Further, according
to ICF guidelines, Mentor Coaches "make no guarantee to the mentee that as
a result of the mentoring the mentee will obtain the credential level s/he is
seeking." (1, 2) At least 3 of the 10 Mentor Coaching sessions may consist of listening to coaching
sessions completed by the Mentee Coach, providing Mentee Coach with feedback and/or coaching and/or
mentoring on the observed Mentee Coach's coaching skills. All feedback will be based upon the most
current version of the ICF Core
Competencies and applicable Markers. In
addition, Mentor Coaches will, as requested by Mentee Coach, provide coaching
support about the ICF requirements related to earning or renewing the different
level of competencies.
Confidentiality: Confidentiality will be maintained in strict accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics. Mentee Coach acknowledges awareness confidentiality is expanded in a group Mentoring session, insofar as other Mentee Coaches are present. Mentee Coach acknowledges certain topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training or consultation purposes. While
your Mentor Coaches will have recordings, you are strongly encouraged, with
documented client permission, to submit your own to enhance your learning and
refine your craft. Mentee Coach agrees to obtain a written authorization/release from any Client recorded for the purpose of sharing this recording with Mentor Coaches, this cohort, and possibly, the ICF. Outside of this Google Form, your general cohort data is protected by another privacy policy which can be found at michelucci.coach/privacy.
Payments: Client agrees to payment terms selected in this Google Form, and to refund policy: If there is an extenuating circumstance and you need to drop
out of the program, you will be refunded for any unattended sessions, minus $75
for each attended session. If you miss individual sessions but are not dropping
out of the program, no refunds will be given for missed sessions. There will be
a make-up session held Wednesday, December 4, from 7-8 PM ET. If there are less
than 5 people who enroll in this cohort, the cohort will be cancelled and full
refunds will be given.
The laws of the State of Pennsylvania shall govern this agreement.
