RKO Performer Intake Form 2021
It's already 2021, WOW!!! Anyway, Welcome! We are the Rebel Kings of Oakland. We have a virtual show every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month while we are away from our home at The White Horse in Oakland, CA. Please read this form carefully!

-We are very excited to bring new performers to the stage each month, so please be mindful of how many slots you are submitting in the coming months.
- We are accepting both pre-recorded and LIVE performances!


**** For my eager beavers out there- submissions from this form are reviewed once a week. All booking correspondence will happen on a weekly basis- so fret not if you don't get a message from us ASAP confirming your booking, we promise it will happen!
