I understand that MFC Tie-Dye Inc. nor its partners -- the MFI Foundation or the Aftermath Learning Lab -- directly employ students or interns, and I will not have an employment relationship with any of these entities.

I agree that if my role is as an intern, I will be contributing in a volunteer and unpaid role, that my role is optional and I may leave the role at anytime, and that the role has clearly defined professional benefits to me.

I understand that my role with the MFC is conditional on my adherence with policies around respectful and equitable collaboration norms.

I understand that MFC is a small organization with limited funding and may not have resources for me to participate even if I am a good fit for MFC.
