We are excited you are interested in the 2024 edition of the Columbus Coffee Festival.
The event will be held on October 5 and 6, 2024 from 9 am - 6 pm, at the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Hilliard, Ohio. There is a planned break from 2-3pm both days.
As a coffee roaster, or tea vendor we will require that you provide 2oz samples to every guest. 5,000 for a one day participation or 10,000 for both days. The event is pre-ticketed and we will not exceed 10,000 ticketed guests.
Vendor fees range between $200-$500 depending on location and if a tent is needed. More information will get sent out later.
How is the guest attendance broken down? There are 3 sessions per day with a limited number of tickets available including 2 day passes for all sessions and a small amount of all day passes.
Saturday/Sunday
All day - 9AM-6PM, 50 Guests per day
Early Bird - 9-2PM, 50 guests per day
Session 1 - 11AM-2PM, 800 guests per day
Break - 2PM-3PM, 1700 guests per day
Session 2 - 3PM-6PM, 1975 guests per day
2 day passes
Early Bird - 9AM-2PM, 350 guests
Session 1 - 11AM-2PM, 300 guests
Break-2PM-3PM
Session 2 - 3PM-6PM, 300 guests
Coffee/Tea Vendors
All Coffee and Tea vendors must provide at least a 2oz sample for every guest. In exchange for 10,000 samples and vendor fees, Columbus Coffee Festival will provide the following:
5 gallon water jugs for brewing (reverse osmosis, no added minerals)
rinse jug and bucket
compost bucket
*staff/volunteers will switch out water jugs, rinse jug and bucket and compost bucket throughout both days.
2 lunches per day

a dedicated IG post on the Columbus Coffee Festival social media page
Mentions in all newsletters and all other promotional items associated with this event.

*Please note that we will not be providing Third Wave Water packets in 2024.
If you are interested in participating as a Coffee Roaster or a tea vendor and would like more information when it is available, please fill out this form.
We are open to new ideas and vendors, but reserve the right to limit the number and type of vendors as we see beneficial to the event and guests.
