The process we are going through together requires the presence of each participant through the entire CB process time (3 hrs. in the morning). We ask you kindly to commit to that prerequisite. *

Confidentiality is a prerequisite for participation. Confidentiality helps create a safe space so we can share what we have in the heart and on the tongue. What is said in the circle should stay there. *

Community Building are educational and not therapeutic workshops. Often they are emotionally challenging, so if you are in the care of a psychologist or a therapist, talk to them first and please also inform the facilitators. *

I am completely responsible for my own mental state and I am therefore able to participate in the workshop. I do not currently use psychopharmaceuticals.
